Cause:
This issue can be caused by any of the below possibilities.

Improperly configured memory.
Memory incompatibility.
Hardware issue

Solutions:

Improperly configured memory
Verify that the memory is properly set in CMOS for the correct amount of memory you have installed in the computer.

If the memory is properly set, attempt to reset the values of CMOS to their default values.

Memory incompatibility
If memory has been recently added to the computer and the above recommendation does not resolve the issue it is possible that the new memory may be bad or incompatible with the computer.

It is recommended that you contact the computer manufacturer to verify the new memory is compatible with the computer, and if not, the correct values of the computer memory.

Hardware issues
If the above recommendations do not apply to your issue or do not resolve your issue, it is recommended that you contact the computer manufacturer for additional recommendations and/or hardware replacement.
