According to Broderbund, you may see this error message if the installed copy of Print Shop 21 is corrupted.
Solution:
Broderbund says you can eliminate this error message by uninstalling and reinstalling Print Shop 21. First, you should create backup copies of any art, projects, and address book entries. To back up art and projects, double-click My Computer, C:, Program Files, and The Print Shop 21. Select all folders that begin with "user00." Click Edit and Copy. Right-click a blank space on the Desktop and click Paste to copy the art and projects to the Desktop.
Next, click to select the Books folder in the The Print Shop 21 folder. Click Edit and Copy. Right-click a blank space on the Desktop and click Paste.
Click Start, All Programs, and The Print Shop 21. Click Tools and Edit Address Book. When Ultimate Mail Manager opens, click File, Backup, and OK. Select a backup location, such as the Desktop. In the File Name field, type Abback and click Save. Close Ultimate Mail Manager and The Print Shop 21.
To uninstall The Print Shop 21, click Start and Control Panel. Double-click Add Or Remove Programs. Click The Print Shop 21 and Add/Remove. If you are prompted about removing any shared files, click the No button. Restart your computer.
Insert the installation disc for The Print Shop 21 and follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall the software.
