1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on the Tools menu

3. Select Internet Options

4. Verson 6: 

    o  On the General tab, click Delete Files

    o  Check the box to "Delete all offline content"

    o  Click OK and wait for hte hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the temporary internet file

    o  You can now click on Delete Cookies

5. Version 7: 

    o  On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History

    o  On the window that pops up, click Delete All

    o  Click Yes
