Microsoft has included IE in every Windows release beginning with Windows 98, so you most likely have IE installed on your computer. However, you might not have the most current version. Launch IE and select About Internet Explorer from the Help menu to see what version you have. If you don't have the latest version, visit Microsoft's Internet Explorer home page at www.microsoft.com/windows/ie . Click the Downloads link on the left side of the page and in the pop-up menu that appears, select Get The Latest Version. Follow Microsoft's instructions for downloading and installing the newest IE.
