At times windows firewall can prevent users from accessing data on your network, here is how to can disable firewall completely
Step1 Right Click MY COMPUTER
Step2 Click MANAGE
Step3 Click SERVICES AND APPLICATION > SERVICES
Step4 In right hand window, scroll down to Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
Step5 Right Click and choose PROPERTIES
Step6 Change startup type to DISABLED and STOP service.
